Q1: How do I choose the right grill?
We offer different grill types for different needs:
- Compact portable folding grills
Suitable for 2–4 people, ideal for camping, couples, and small picnics - Vertical smoker grills & 3-in-1 grills
Suitable for 5–8 people, ideal for family gatherings and smoking food - Heavy-duty barrel grills & cart grills
Suitable for 10+ people, ideal for parties and large outdoor events
Q2: What materials are used? Are they food-safe?
- Main body: Thickened alloy steel for durability
- Cooking grates: Food-grade chrome-plated steel, heat-resistant and rust-proof
- Charcoal grates: Galvanized steel for corrosion resistance
All materials comply with U.S. food contact safety standards.
Q3: Where can I find size and specifications?

Usage & Operation
Q1: Do I need tools for assembly?
Most grills use a tool-free assembly design.
All hardware and instructions are included. Assembly typically takes 15–30 minutes.
Some heavy-duty models may include a basic wrench in the package.
Q2: How do I control temperature?
All lidded grills include a built-in thermometer.
Temperature is adjusted using air vents:
- Open vents: increase airflow and temperature
- Close vents: reduce airflow and temperature
Q3: Can the grill be used for smoking meat?
Yes.
Vertical smoker grills are designed for low-temperature smoking.
Other lidded models also support smoking with wood chips.
Q4: Is the grill wind-resistant?
The sealed lid and adjustable vents help maintain stable temperatures in normal outdoor wind conditions.
For best performance, use in a sheltered area.
Q5: What fuel can be used?
Only charcoal is supported (lump charcoal or briquettes).
Do not use gasoline, kerosene, or other flammable liquids.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Q1: How do I clean the grill?
- Allow the grill to cool completely (at least 30 minutes)
- Clean grates with a grill brush
- Wipe the body with a soft cloth
- Use warm soapy water for deep cleaning removable parts
- Clean ash tray after cooling
Do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners.
Q2: How do I prevent rust?
- Apply a thin layer of cooking oil after cleaning grates
- Store in a dry, ventilated environment
- Use a grill cover when not in use
- Perform regular inspections of parts
Order & Shipping
Q1: Where do you ship?
We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Q2: How long is shipping time?
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 15–30 days (international shipping from China)
Delays may occur due to customs or logistics conditions.
Q3: Can I modify my order?
If your order has not shipped, we can modify shipping address or order details.
After shipment, modifications are not possible.
Q4: How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment.
You can also contact customer service for updates.
Q5: Who pays customs fees?
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price.
These are the responsibility of the buyer.
After-Sales & Warranty
Q1: What is the warranty policy?
All grills include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Solutions may include replacement parts, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
Q2: What is the return policy?
- 30-day return for unused, unassembled products in original packaging
- Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is product-related
- Returns must include all accessories
Q3: What if parts are missing or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos.
We will provide replacement parts free of charge if confirmed.
Safety & Compliance
Q1: Can the grill be used indoors?
No. All grills are for outdoor use only.
Indoor use is strictly prohibited due to carbon monoxide risk.
Q2: What safety precautions should be followed?
- Use on stable, non-flammable surfaces
- Keep at least 3 meters from buildings and flammable materials
- Never leave the grill unattended
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance
- Use heat-resistant gloves during operation
Q3: Do your products meet U.S. standards?
Yes. All products are designed to comply with relevant U.S. safety and food contact standards.
