These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NIUERBABBQ website, products, and services. By accessing our site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users visiting, browsing, purchasing, or interacting with NIUERBABBQ. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NIUERBABBQ.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America (federal law and applicable state law), consistent with our target service region. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is explicitly excluded.
3. User Eligibility
Our services are intended only for users who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, or who have obtained consent from a legal guardian. We do not knowingly serve or collect data from users under 16 without guardian approval.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are fully liable for all activities conducted under your account.
5. Accurate Information Obligation
You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information for orders, shipping, and contact. False or incomplete information may result in order cancellation or delivery failure.
6. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7. Payment Terms
We only accept PayPal payments. Full payment must be completed before order processing. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 48 hours.
8. Payment Security
Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all payment and personal data transmission. Sensitive payment data is processed solely by PayPal; we do not store full card details.
9. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in USD. Product prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. All import-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
10. Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from China. Standard delivery time is 15–30 business days after shipment. Delivery times may be delayed by customs, weather, logistics, or holidays.
11. Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer 30-day free returns from the date of delivery. No return handling fee is charged for eligible returns.
12. Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to our error (quality, wrong item, missing parts) are covered by us. Returns for personal reasons are at the buyer’s cost.
13. Prohibited Return Items
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, complete, and not customized, clearance, or promotional exclusive products.
14. Return Application Procedure
To request a return: contact service@niuerbabbq.com → provide order number, reason, and photos → wait for approval → use the official return address provided.
15. Mandatory Return Address Rule
You must use the return address provided by customer service. Returns sent to other addresses will be rejected, and we assume no responsibility for loss or delay.
16. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account within 3–7 business days.
17. User Prohibited Behaviors
You may not: use the site for illegal purposes; infringe intellectual property; use bots/scrapers; spread harmful code; harass other users; or make false claims.
18. Intellectual Property
All text, images, trademarks, and designs on this site are owned by NIUERBABBQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without written permission.
19. Privacy Commitment
We will not sell your personal contact information. We will not use your personal info or images for advertising without your explicit consent. Collecting personal data is not our primary purpose.
