Payment Terms
These Payment Terms apply to all orders placed on the official website of NIUERBABBQ. By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We only support PayPal as the official payment method for all orders on our site, to ensure the security, convenience, and reliability of your payment.
You can complete the payment directly with your PayPal account, which supports all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still complete the payment via PayPal’s guest checkout service, using your valid credit or debit card directly.
All payment processing is completed within PayPal’s secure payment system. We will never collect, store, or access your sensitive payment information such as card numbers or bank account details.
2. Order Confirmation & Payment Completion
After you submit your order and complete payment via PayPal successfully, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided within 1–2 working days.
Your order will only enter the processing and shipping procedure after we receive your full payment.
Orders that are not paid within 48 hours after submission will be automatically canceled. You will need to place a new order if you still want to purchase the product.
3. Pricing & Additional Fees
All product prices on our site are listed in US Dollars (USD).
The product price includes the PayPal payment processing fee. We will not charge you any additional fees for payment.
Import duties, customs taxes, clearance fees, and other related import charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. All such fees shall be borne by the buyer. We recommend you check the relevant import policies of your region before placing an order.
4. Payment Failure & Troubleshooting
If your payment fails to complete, it may be caused by the following reasons:
- Insufficient credit limit or balance of your payment card/PayPal account
- Incorrect payment card information or billing address entered
- Transaction blocked by PayPal’s risk control system or your card issuing bank
- Temporary system failure of PayPal or your card issuer
You can check and confirm your payment information, then try to pay again. If the problem persists, you can contact PayPal’s official customer service for help, or send an email to our customer service team at service@niuerbabbq.com, and we will assist you to solve the problem.
5. Refund Payment Rules
For all eligible returns and refunds, the refund will be returned to your original PayPal account via the same payment path.
The time for the refund to arrive depends on PayPal and your card issuing bank, which usually takes 3–10 working days.
For partial refunds (such as free replacement parts without full order return), the corresponding amount will also be returned to your original PayPal account.
6. Payment Security Guarantee
PayPal uses industry-leading encryption technology and fraud prevention systems to protect your payment information and transaction security, making it one of the most trusted payment methods worldwide.
All payment information is processed within PayPal’s secure closed system. We will never obtain or store your sensitive payment details, in order to avoid the risk of information leakage.
Eligible orders are covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection policy, which provides additional transaction security.
