1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. and China public holidays.


2. Daily Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.


3. Shipping Coverage

We Ship To

Contiguous United States (mainland U.S. only)

We Do NOT Ship To

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. offshore islands
  • APO / FPO / military addresses
  • Any U.S. territories or possessions

Free shipping is only available within the contiguous United States.


4. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 15–30 calendar days after shipment.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Customs inspections and clearance
  • Public or national holidays
  • Flight delays or logistics congestion
  • International shipping adjustments
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

We are not responsible for delays caused by the above factors.


5. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping is provided for all eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

We do not provide shipping services to restricted regions listed above.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier synchronization.


7. Customs Duties and Taxes

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected by us. Fees may vary depending on the destination.


8. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


9. Delivery and Signature

Once the tracking status shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully delivered.

If delivery fails due to no recipient available, incorrect contact details, or refusal to accept the package, any resulting risks or additional costs will be borne by the buyer.


10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or severely damaged during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will verify with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund after confirmation.


11. Order Cancellation and Address Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified only before shipment.

Once shipped, we do not support order cancellation, address changes, or shipment interception.


12. Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal to accept, unclaimed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and related fees.


13. Shipping Method

We only provide standard international shipping.

We do not offer expedited, express, or priority shipping services.


14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, customs restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
