Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from NIUERBABBQ. We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy to improve your shopping experience and protect your consumer rights.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.


1. Return & Exchange Time Limit

We accept return and exchange requests submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive the product.

Requests submitted beyond the 30-day period will generally not be processed.


2. Return Handling Fee

We DO NOT charge any return handling fee for eligible returns.

You will not be charged extra fees for processing return, exchange, or refund.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return/exchange is caused by product quality problems, wrong items shipped, missing parts, or our error: we bear all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, do not like the style, ordered by mistake, etc.): you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Eligibility for Return & Refund

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet all the following conditions:

  • The product is not customized, not on-sale clearance, not promotional exclusive items.
  • The product is unused, unmodified, in new condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by improper operation, missing parts, or without original packaging.


5. How to Apply for Return & Refund

To start a return or exchange, you must complete these steps:

  2. In your email, provide:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Clear photos showing the product condition, packaging, and any defects (if applicable)
  3. Wait for our customer service to review and approve your application.
  4. After approval, we will provide you with the official return address and detailed return instructions.
  5. Ship the item back with a trackable shipping method, and provide us with the return tracking number.

Important:
Do NOT return any package before receiving our official approval and return address.

Packages sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted or processed.


6. Important Notice About Return Mailing Address

You must strictly use the return address provided by our customer service; do not send to our company contact address directly.

Returns sent to the wrong address will result in delay, loss, or refusal of your package.

We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or misdirected returns caused by failure to follow our return shipping instructions.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you a confirmation email after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3–7 business days.
  • The actual time the refund appears in your account depends on your payment platform or bank processing speed, usually 3–10 business days.
